Susan’s health journey began in reaction to serious personal health issues and accelerated in response to the common frustrations of being overweight and tired. Through working with a health coach, she experienced a return to her skinny jeans and vibrant health.
Looking to “pay it forward,” Susan decided to become a health coach, herself, and trained extensively at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition– the world’s largest nutrition school.
Soon thereafter, she began working with close friends and family members. With Susan’s guidance, these early clients attained similar personal health successes after following many of the same principles.
Inspired by these early accomplishments, Susan began Skinny Jeans Health Coaching, providing holistic health and nutrition coaching tailored to the specific needs of her growing client base.
